The Martha’s Vineyard Commission (MVC) Joint Transportation Committee (JTC) has released the FFY 2024- 2028 TIP Amendment 2 for 21-day public review and comment period at its February 22nd, 2024, JTC meeting. TIP AMENDMENT 2 SUMMARY: The FFY 2024-2028 TIP Amendment 2 would remove project #609459 Tisbury Drainage Improvements from FFY ’24 (-$942,595) and FFY ’25 (-$743,195) of Statewide monies due to potential contaminants and HazMat concerns where subsurface infiltration trenches are proposed.
